Kingston Uniting Church Library
Welcome to the Kingston
Uniting Church library catalogue. Although the library has only been
recently established, we hope you find something that meets your
needs.
Feedback and suggestions
for additions to the library are welcome. Contact the librarian, Catherine Duffett.
The library has
been established to encourage and educate members of the congregation
in their faith. It contains a variety of different Christian
resources for all ages. While the Dewey Decimal System has been used
to categorise the books, various prefixes in the call numbers have
also been used in the collection:
1. F - Fiction
2. B -
Biography
3. S - Bible
study
4. J -
Junior
4. VID -
Video
5. DVD -
DVD
Children's
books' call numbers are ordered by author surname (e.g. Max Lucado,
L) and are also assigned the tag (or subject heading) 'Children's
collection' in the catalogue..
